I had the opportunity to help reimagine Taco John's brand identity online and in-store. We worked with the taco chain in late 2024 through 2025 to bring fresh, new thinking to their social channels by going through a comprehensive social strategy exercise. We discovered new audience segments that skewed into the surreal, the strange and the meta. Once we shifted our content approach, we saw huge results. 43% engagement increase YoY and a HUGE increase to community comments and interactions due to a net-new community management strategy that included proactive comments on TikTok and IG.
