I had the opportunity to help reimagine Taco John's brand identity online and in-store. We worked with the taco chain in late 2024 through 2025 to bring fresh, new thinking to their social channels by going through a holistic social strategy exercise. 
We discovered new audience segments that skewed into the surreal, the strange and the meta. Once we shifted our content approach, we saw huge results. 43% engagement growth YoY and a HUGE increase to community comments and interactions due to a net-new community management strategy that included proactive comments on TikTok and IG.
Eventually we began including inside jokes, special shout outs to dedicated fans and surprise and delight rewards for those who kept up with the brand in the comments section.
